Unless you're looking at only Power 5 schools, most Mid Major D1 schools don't start filling their roster until junior year. Some even have plenty of spots available summer following junior year. Are you not considering Juco as a viable option? If my 2019 doesn't get an offer from 1 of his top schools, he'll probably go that route in hopes of getting more playing time and a shot at his top choices down the road.
