7.5 isn't usually a "you are headed to the ACC" type of grade, although of course sometimes Perfect Game gets it wrong, and more frequently players improve (and improve their PG grades) as they get older.

Having said that, it looks like a super fun experience, that camp. My Kid, for one, would be thrilled to attend.
