I don’t know that colleges contacted sons travel coaches much, partly because we play summer baseball so they saw him mostly at HS games and talked to the coaches there. But I do know his college coach talked to his HS coaches, his USSSA coach who played for until he was 14, and his varsity basketball coach before making an offer.
