3 Apps??!!

JCGStill working on a clever handle

It's come to my attention that some colleges allow students to choose between the familiar Common Application, and two alternative applications, QuestBridge and Coalition. Anybody have any experience with the latter two? My first thought is to advise my son to use the one that offers an essay prompt that seems like it's in his zone, but I'd love to hear any feedback from those with direct experience. Personally I'm liking the QuestBridge app prompts more than the Common app, but I'm not the one writing it.
