Coach said two years ago he overdid the Lifting in the off season and the next season did a Little less so that his weight came down about 10 Pounds but still he obviously is super strong.

Coach said that trout has never maxed out in weight Lifting so he doesn't know his Limit but he obviously is super strong.

Coach says he does a lot of explosive stuff and each off season has a Little different Focus (said this year it is endurance to perform better in the final months and post season).

said he starts Lifting in late November 2-3 times a week but after the new year he Trains every day.
