Watching the guy I was thinking of Norm Petersen and sweaty armpits. If it was staged that was an actor. I was shocked a major corporation would have such a poor representative. Since Chevy came out with an "#and stuff" ad today, if that was a Chevy employee it may have been damage control that was worked on all night.

It was one of those moments that was so painful to watch that I almost had to turn away.  I felt bad for the guy as we have all said things or not risen to the occassion at times in our lives.  That said, it was a pretty big stage for a guy who someone must have known might struggle to be in.

RJM - Norm Peterson, that's really funny.

pick up truck drivers…..that’s my kind of crowd!

Sometimes the technology isn’t understood or fully used by us backwoods types.

My cousin had the same truck for 4 years, he was on a hunting trip in Canada chasing black bears.  A friend who had the same year of truck started his own  truck from inside the cabin with his remote.  My cousin was  busting the guys chops over having such a fancy option.  The friend grabbed my cousins remote and started his truck for him, everybody was rolling on the floor.

Four years and never knew he had remote start. We still bust his a$$  on it years later.

I can't say much, there are buttons on my dash that I have no idea what they do.

mmm ... I just had a flashback to the four one hour sessions it took to get my mother to competently turn on and make a phone call with a basic clam shell cell phone. I didn't even try to teach her texting and voice mail. Every time she gets a text from ATT she calls to ask if I called her.

I am not that bad, but I have probably scarred my kids for life with all of the dumb blank stares I have given them in the last few years.  And that was just figuring out the remotes for the TV's!!!

My wife just got a smart phone last week , the old "clamshell" finally gave out. If your available for lessons I'll send her your way.
