Ball hit down the right field line the ball is kicked into dead ball territory or goes ints dead ball territory on it's own. TOP for on it's own and Time of Infraction for a kicked ball? NFHS Rule?

Two bases from the time of the pitch in both cases. On it's own is clear. Kicked ball is covered by NFHS rule 8-3-5b. Great question!
Unless the kicked ball was deemed to be intentional. In that case the award would be a penalty for the infraction and would be from the time of the infraction. NFHS rule 8-3-5a.
If the ball wouldn't have gone out on its own in the first one, it's 2 bases time of kick. 8.3.3J.

And, the definition of "on it's own" means that the ball had sufficient momentum to go OOB -- the kick can change the direction without changing the award.
(IOW, if the ball had hit a rock and made a 90* turn toward the fence / deadball line, would the ball have reached the line? If so, TOP; if not TOK.)
