How do you guys deal with uncommitted or unfocused teammates? My team in general tends to be lazy (it frustrates me especially when I'm off at college and not able to do anything about it) and doesn't put in the work that would set them above and beyond. How would you as a player address this?
Also there is a whiny kid who drags the team down with him. Should players or the "captain" of leader step in to stop it, or allow the coaches to tolerate it?
