Easton, New Balance, Keeper of the Game and the Dallas Redhawks have partnered to bring you the best of the best. The team will be coached by Bric Steed. He, along with the Dallas Redhawks, will be looking to recruit the top players in the area. Coach Steed is currently the Asst Coach and Pitching Coach at Paris Junior college He spent the last two years coaching in the TSL Collegiate league in Dallas and was the head coach for the Melville Millionaires organization in the Western Major Baseball League (WMBL). Coach Steed was the 2012 League Executive Coach of the Year. He played 2 years at Northeast Texas CC, with 18 wins in two years. 10-2 sophomore year with a 1.98 ERA and First Team All Conference. He later went on to play D1 baseball at UTA. He continued his professional career playing four years in the minors where he was was a two time All-Star. In 2006, he was Pitcher of the Year for the Edinburg Coyotes, winning the ERA title in the United League and starting in the All Star game.
Coach Steed will be assisted by several ex D1 coaches. We will be looking for players who have the talent, desire, and commitment to take it to the next level. Tryouts will be held at local area colleges. Everyone is welcome to tryout, however spots will be limited. If you are a 15u and think you have what it takes, you are also invited to tryout. The team will play high level tournaments to include Perfect Game, V Tools tournament etc. this will be in preparation for a very extensive 17u season in which the team will travel to Georgia and Florida.
