Iowamom,
You may already know this...Everything in the article has been on this site since it started in 1998 or so. Check out Recruiting Tips link below. There's a lot of info posters rarely see. I started out reading everything on this site...too timid to post, because I really didn't know what questions to even ask. I was green around the gills with a 12 yr old that loved baseball, & I had to figure out what to do after LL!  So, even though some folks may holler that the articles are all outdated, you's be surprised at how much is still very valid! Yes, NCAA rules have changed, PG dominates the showcase scene, kids get "offered" earlier...BUT the basics & more have been here for a couple decades! Be sure to read Bubba's Baseball Bonanza, by Greg Legg. You'll see hoe far we've come!

IOWAMOM23 - great point and agree it's missing that important perspective, which would be great to have. I've seen a couple of parents new to this ask in other threads, and do know a couple of 2018's locally who didn't believe they had what it took to play in college until this summer when they lit it up and received a little external interest so thought it might be helpful for a few.  Right now all information on this process seems valuable, even if it's not necessarily entirely relevant!
