Great Lakes Summer League with enforce MLB pitch smart rules.

This time of year summer teams are starting to post there rosters. My son played in both the GLSCL and the Valley league, So I usually start looking at rosters to see who I know. I am mostly looking up D3 athletes, because that is where my interest lies.

I came across this on the Great Lakes web site:

I cannot say my son was ever abused in any of the leagues he played in so I am not so sure there is much of a change from how things are done today.
