Happy Thanksgiving

To the entire HSBBW family,

Take a moment in this off season to enjoy the holidays and stop worrying about all this baseball stuff. 

I am not sure if you all read younggun's post but it was terrific.  When all is said and done, this is just a game. Sports help to make our children better individuals, but it does not define who they are. 

Have a safe a yummy Thanksgiving. This is the first time in years son is not off playing winter baseball so its special to celebrate together as a family.  Nothing can be  more important than that.

Happy Thanksgiving, HSBBW family!!!  Where's my seat at the table? 

 

I hope everyone is able to connect with, enjoy and appreciate time with family.

 

Youngest (college junior) is home from school this week.  We've been hitting the field most days.  Yesterday, his mom joined us and shagged a bit.  She made an effort to track down a few balls in the OF.  Then we finished up with her taking some cuts.  She couldn't get enough.  Definitely a memorable outing for son and I.  Advil will be a significant part of her Thanksgiving Day fare.
