seems like he's maturing. Talked about how he's conditioning since injuries. Like how he brought up sleep and it's importance to recovery. Heard that before from HS trainer. Hope college bound son learns from it. Late nights at college can be bad for athletes.,

he also mentioned getting advice from a few other players about diet, weights, etc. even gave Cano a shout out on hitting form. 

Athletes in the body edition definatently  have worked hard w much success.
