Jason Ochart at Driveline Baseball wrote an excellent blog post on the Driveline site about implementing Driveline Hitting philosophies into team practice.

https://www.drivelinebaseball....-into-team-practice/

In the team setting he advocates using High Growth/Low Performance hitting drills about 75% of the time.  He defines HG/LP as: "The athletes do not perform well. There is failure, and skills are chiseled and refined. The motor system is challenged, and high growth occurs. Add psychological pressure as well, especially as you get closer to season".

So the point of my post is this question...what do you guys do in a team offensive setting that qualifies as High Growth/Low Performance?
