I see you are in Marietta, GA I'm in Woodstock, where have you tried?

East Cobb has 6 - 17u teams, did you got to the ECB tryout?  6-4-3 has two 17u teams, and don't forget as a 17u you can play 18u!

As far as getting on a team that will help you go somewhere...what do you mean by that?  If your intention is to join a team that gets scouted and poof you have a scholarship that is unlikely as any team that has highly scoutable kids is likely set.

Look into attending a showcase or prospect camp.  If you can't travel far there is one called the GA Fall top 96 prospect camp being held at 6-4-3 in Marietta in November, here is the link.

i throw a 2 seam that has the lefty tail on it. I throw a knuckle that isn't the best yet but it has the movement and throws people off because it's goes inside on a righty and curves out which is the opposite of a normal lefty curve to a right handed batter. And I also throw a circle change that starts on the outside corner and drops outside

Have you checked out Team Elite? They have quite a few teams in your age group. Sometimes Pitcher Only spots are less expensive than position players. If you are open to PO, I would talk to teams about that.

As far as rosters being filled, many teams will add a player at any time if they think the kid can help them win.
