I would bet my personal house and every belonging that Thome didn't put one ounce of illegal substance in his body.

Many of nights each winter we've discussed his ability to make the HOF due to his career during the steriod era and the perception of power hitters.

And, although big, he ain't as big as you think.....

Fair enough. But there have been a few guys nabbed who I would have thought never touched the stuff. I know that a bunch of them did. And the actual numbers would absolutely stun most common fans and people out of touch with the game.

But I trust your personal feelings on this one. Good for him.
