So my question is how much does the running start add to his velo?  It would be interesting to see what kind of numbers other hard throwers put up doing this drill.

it is a 3 ounce ball. as for what the running start gains you you probably Need to ask kyle.

still 110 with a 3 ounce ball is really impressive, I think the record at driveline is 112 or so by casey weathers. you also have to consider that he doesn't have game adrenaline doing that.

I think that definitely does Point towards 100 in games during the season.
