Just got an email from "PTW Baseball", announcing their NorCal showvase. I'm sure many of you have received the same. I've never heard of PTW. Is it legit?
The showcase is only one day (or maybe half day); the date is one day before Headfirst first session; a lot of the same colleges that are attending Headfirst. It says "maintain 1:1 ratio of coach to player." If true, that's a pretty interesting experience.

Curious. 2019 just got what sounds like the same email.
Friend's son went to one last year. Said ratio was excellent, was about 1 player to 1 coach, and that it was a good experience for his son. His only critical comment was that it was really only about 1/2 a day. He thought Headfirst was a better overall experience.

Received same email, and the ratio does look good. ONE THOUGHT: I would not go to both. Your son has got to be fresh for HF, the first half of day of HF is all skills testing, with two games afterward, it's a long first day.
Worst weekend this past fall my son had was to go to a Sat showcase and then a separate showcase the next day. Same skills tested both mornings, followed with games. He performed great on the Saturday, but was tired for Sunday's event and the results showed.
He didn't know better, but I should have. Would have forced a decision as to which showcase had more upside for my son.
Have to agree with Gov. Last year we did HF and Stanford back to back and it was not a good idea. These things are draining.
