Snow Fence

My field sits the conventional direction with the left field line running straight north (from home to foul pole). My 3rd base dugout is pretty large and blocks the sun so i get a snow drift in front of the dugout that can sit there for a long time, and then is slow to dry.

anybody ever tried a snow fence to minimize the drifting in a bad spot like this? where would i put it? the prevailing winds here are North and south... just pondering....
