Interesting article I found while researching motor skills and brain connectivity.

Mentions good training techniques as crucial to developing your "brain map"as well as other interesting ways on how the brain factors in performance training.

Not sure if it can helps others as well.

As for my 2018.

He was born 1 lb 12oz and at the time of birth, had a level 2 bleed of the brain that affects motor skills

We have been blessed a miracle with him with absolutely no significant ill effects.

However he is on the low side of size for his age (20%) and has one remaining issue, his running speed, which we feel is the result of the brain bleed at birth, and is affecting his brain map connectivity to his legs.

Any thoughts or suggestions that anyone may have some experience in this, would be much appreciated.
