Here is a story on Hugh Smith of Whitworth University.  I was watching a game between Willamette and Whitworth at a HS field in the middle of Central nowhere Oregon and there were about 20 scouts there to watch him and another pitcher.  Even D3s have pro talents, just keep believing and developing
