does college coach have to sign the summer league contract along with the player,or can the player play without coaches signature.The coastal league is the league in question. thanks

The answer used to be yes but a lot of leagues now do on line registration so there's now way to get the coach's signature. Summer League teams always communicate with the college coach in some fashion, even if the player was self-referred or scout-referred. Our on line contract (Valley League) requires the coach's name and cell number.
