I believe it is the equivalent of the Tidewater Summer League
Had never heard of them before this, but in looking at their web site, the emphasis on a residential program for non-U.S. players is intriguing. I do recall that Frank Fulton was at one time somehow affiliated with Perfect Game and helped them organize some events that used to occur in Virginia. I think that relationship ended several years ago, not sure of why or how exactly. But Frank has always been in the loop in Southside.
