He should be very successful at this age with that swing. The only thing I would suggest is to work on the off season on him not slotting his elbow first and then swinging. The hands and swing should slot the elbow to avoid bat drag. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it now, because he looks pretty darn good other than that.
