Reply to "2 calls in a game that were funny but were also so bad"

The first sitch is the players screwing up and the he should have been out.
The second sitch is an umpire screwup and the runner either should be placed at second or returned to first. The umpire can't put the runner at risk for something he told them. Beside the fact, he should be announcing counts anyway.
