Mr. Hodges,
I agree with the point you make, players are missed each year. I think guys like Ryan Smith should be on the list, and I agree with you, when it is all said and done it will not matter that Ryan was accidently left off. I also agree Daryl Thompson is and was a very good player missed.

On the other hand I think you are incorrect in demeaning those who made it. I do not claim to have seen all the kids play, but I am very impressed with several kids on the list.

I disagree with your statement,"If we were to take our supposed "All State" team to a tournament and play other "All State" teams, I am 95% sure we would be embarassed." There are definately some top quality, nationally recognized players selected.
