My guess is that there is some community or high school input; maybe even from newspapers.

It was a pleasant surprise to see myself on this list as well, how NH isn't even one of the states on that list. There was also another player from the Elite Travel team that I play for, our practices ussually have pro scouts at them, maybe scout referals? How ever they ussually throw bp and I am a pitcher only, this certainly beats me.
