I understand the love of 'good baseball' as has been discussed regarding the bunt game in college baseball. With gorilla ball a thing of the past, small ball has become more important.

But can someone please explain to me why Louisville just sacrificed down 3-0 with runners on 1st and 2nd, no outs in the 8th inning? Sorry but that's dumb baseball and the Cardinals are about to get their ticket back to Kentucky.
