Coastal Plains League is almost impossible to get in without coach placement.
Try the Southern collegiate League: www.scbl.org.
Another option is to sign a conditional contract. It gets your foot in the door and if you play well they will possibly keep you. The leagues are probably pretty much set, but they always lose some to draft, injuries, etc. Good luck!
