I changed my last post. That's how son worded it when he first told me about it. I also questioned it and if he knew what he was getting. He had already gotten it cleared thru the trainer. A friend's son had the same issue a couple years ago....and had the same thing. He had also verified that whatever it was wasn't going to be an issue. Evidently that's the "common term" for it....but not the technical term. I'll ask my son what the real name was in case anyone ever comes across it and is wondering

Edit: You had me wondering so I looked into it. It's called a DosePak. It's Methylprednisolone or common term prednisone. It is classified as a corticosteroid, so I guess that's where the name comes from. It's an anti-imflamatory and is specifically listed as "Allowed" on the NCAA list I feel better having looked into it lol
