Well as we thought, 4 scrimmages in and son has started in center in all of them. Has made some really great plays. Guess the coach was right, that he needed him there. He has had no time behind the plate.
One surprise, they are going to need him to pitch. He has pitched in 3 of the 4 scrimmages. He is doing okay. This is new for him. I think he has pitched in less innings in the past 5 years then in these scrimmages. I think the last time he has pitched this much was when he was 11 or 12. We will see how it goes.
