Nice Article. There is nothing to say that HS's in an area cannot combine there 5.0 classes, into one location. Many HS have multiple HS campuses. And for those that do not they can combine with other HS in the area.

You make some very good points. I hope someone listens.

Even without the Pandemic there are students that may need an extra year.
