Reply to "60yd times (Getting Times down to 6.7 and below possible?)"

My son times between 6.5 and 6.8.  Has worked very hard at it.  Drills and exercises have included: form running (high knees, skips, long strides, back pedals), box jumps, broad jumps, jump rope, squats, and lunges.  He also sprints up and down a hill quite a bit.
