Well Monty, here's my attempt to help offer some hopefully solid advice,

Just tell your friend to play hard and make sure that if he makes any errors that they are minimal ones, and deffinately do not over pressure himself in the situation that he's in, hustle and work hard, show the coach that you want and deserve to make one of those 3 non returning spots, hope this helps your friend.

I never threw an illegal pitch. The trouble is, once in a while I toss one that ain't never been seen by this generation
