The only thing I am sure of at this point is the NCAA doesn't give a damn about it student athletes. I do think it cares about its member institutions, at least to some degree. I expect whatever it decides to do will help the budgets of the largest schools with the most money and the rest won't matter.

I hope I am wrong on this one but the NCAA is one of the very few organizations that is a bigger POS then our government bodies.
