my son pitched on saturday and after the game a guy came up and asked him for his email and phone number and said he was a scout and that he was going to have him sent an offer to try out for the area code team. surprising to me because we never get nobody to our games. I have researched the area code games and they sound like a pretty big deal.
we have not received anything yet in the email. I am a little skeptical cause stuff like that doesn't happen in our town. on the other hand I don't know why anyone would drive all the way out to our game and pull a joke. and my son was radared at 84-88 a couple of weeks ago so he while he is not yet good compared to all these boys throwing 90 but he is ok.
does this sound real or is somebody putting us on?

yes its real, it will be a great experience ,regardless of what happens in the end,
