Reply to "Arm Strength Drills"

Here's the routine SL jr follows....

*Losens up with Fastarm.
*starting from a normal distance, after every 5 or 6 throws he backs up 15-20 ft. does this until he can no longer reach with out bouncing. Trajectory is used to extend the distance.
*Now he starts to reduce the distance and however hard he was throwing at his farthest distance is the level of effort that goes into every throw as he reduces the distance. Results are literally throwing on a line every throw.
*Stops at about 80 ft and starts to warm it down.
