I apologize for I forgot to finish before sending, the average speed of a pitcher from my area is roughly 78-83 mph not 70-75 as mentioned by others in this forum, for that is extremly low for many highschool pitchers, as that lower speed is comparable to many pitchers in grades 8, 9 and 10
