So, just to be clear, Swampboy, there is a requirement that a batter make an attempt to get out of the way of a pitch? Is there some variance on that rule according to level of play? I've been a little unsure about whether that is an actual rule or just one that coaches, aggrieved fans and pitchers would LIKE to be a real one. thumb
