Reply to "Batter Steps out with both Feet"

Not automaticly. The original rule said that but they changed the rule to be a little more lenient. Now what happens is if feel he is delaying the game then call the strike. If he steps out and gets right back in there is no problem. Make sure you know the exceptions on when he can legally step out so if you are going to call it you don't do it when he is legal.
