Reply to "Batter Steps out with both Feet"

The original was about 5 or 6 yrs ago, whenever they first put it in the book. They changed it the second year of the rule.
The reason you are thinking that it read that way in the 2006 book is it isn't very explicit. But if you read the rule and then go to the casebook you will see the difference. Unfortunately the change is worded very subtle.
