Perhaps the Dick's warranty program is really a YMMV, because when we tried to use the warranty, we received a song and dance about needing to mail in the gloves to some separate company to wait to be "approved" (our store washed their hands of it, as we were told the warranty was through a completely separate company). Son still needed gloves for games that week, so it simply did not seem worth the hassle they were describing.
