Being Recruited While Attending College & Visits

If you're at a Juco and being "recruited" to switch to another Juco.

Or, if you're at a 4 year and being "recruited" to switch to a different 4 year.

Or, if you're at a Juco, not done yet and being recruited to switch to a 4 year before you finish at the Juco.

Or, you're at a Juco and being recruited to go to a 4 year after your 2 years at the Juco but you have yet to finish the Juco.

Basically, you're at one school, attending, part of the program and while you are there, someone at another school or affiliated with the school contacts you about attending a different school.

If you decide to go for an "official visit" at that other school, is the coach at that school then obligated (either morally or by rule) to contact your current coach and inform him that you were at a visit at his school?
