One of son's college PCs moved to the pros. He is still the guy who son calls for advice on work out programs, or if someone suggests a change in a motion, etc, he'll send him video and ask his opinion. I don't know that it's because the guy is a great coach (although obviously pretty good), but son says the guy gets him, so he's a great coach for my son. Having that one person you can trust to look out for your best interests and tell you the truth is worth a lot.
