The bench press with the bar alone with increase the chest size and if you stay constant it your max your heavenly increase, thats not the best thing for baseball. My max is 305. Smile The dumbells work more on isolation. But I heard it wasn't the best to put a lot of weight on the rotater so watch out. Push-ups are very effective! That is the reason why my max got so high. A mix of weights and about 200-300 pushups a day.Not just normal push-ups inclined and declined as well.
