My boss has a fetish for minor league hats. He'll get on our internal calls with a new minor league hat every time. I guarantee he has them all. Of course I'm partial to the Richmond Flying Squirrels, but lets keep this thread on college only.

JucoDad - I'll give you major points for the Banana Slugs. However they'd be trumped by the UC Irvine Anteaters if UCI ever decides to put an anteater on their cap. That would be so cool. ;-)
