I left before the thread broke. I saw how things were changing. The bases are still 90 feet and 60 feet 6 inches from the mound to the plate. How you deal with what goes on between those dimensions gets harder and harder. there was a time when you coached. the x's and o's. told the players what you wanted and how you wanted it done. Seems today everybody tells you what they want and how to do it. I learned a long time ago not everybody gets what they want. Fact. Reality. Trying to keep everybody happy is a recipe for mediocrity or failure. good Luck
