Anyone who comes to you with "can't teach velocity" has their head in the sand.

That said, the entire baseball recruitment platform is so deeply based in projectibility, that it's hard to escape the prejudicial aspects of it. Smarter recruiters get that there's value in toolsy kids, regardless of shape/size/projectibility.
