Broken Arm

12 YO right-handed son broke his right arm Saturday. Nothing serious, but he's already bored. He only can shoot hoops with his left hand so much...

We've already decided that we are going to make him into a left-handed pitcher

however, would one hand batting with the left hand benefit a swing from either side of the plate or would it just screw things up on both sides?
