That is a great story! The older I get the more I realize that great and long lasting relationships are the best thing that the game of baseball has given me. Maybe that’s why so many people give back to the game long after their playing days are over. I know that’s true for me. Someone wise once told me, and it’s true. You don’t choose baseball.
